Continue your professional coach development with coaching supervision.  Explore and reflect on where your clients are headed and how the journey is going with a partner in a safe space.

Keeping ourselves fit for purpose is a coaching supervision benefit. Partnering with a more experienced coach gives us SUPER-vision - ways to explore our client work,  notice what was happening for us during session prep, in session, post session thoughts, reflections and actions.

The Seven-Eyed Model by Hawkins and Shohet offers multiple ways to explore client work. Based on two complimentary systems, the model emphasizes the interpersonal aspect of coaching and supervision: 

(1) the coach and client relationship. 

(2) the coach and coaching supervisor relationship. 

The wider context explores the client's organizational context and the wider systemic context.

Tuesday 5:00pm ET:  9/10; 10/8; 11/12; 12/10; 1/14; 2/11 (filled)

Thursday 12:00pm ET:  9/12; 10/10; 11/14; 12/12; 1/9; 2/13 (filled)

Including an individual coaching supervision session hour!
